4. Tax payment

Paying taxes in accordance with the law and paying taxes in full is the business philosophy of Puyang Iron and Steel for a long time. Since 2013, it has become the "first taxpayer" in Handan City for 6 consecutive years, and up to now, Puyang Iron and Steel has paid taxes of more than 17 billion yuan. Since 2017, the annual tax payment of Puyang has accounted for more than 60% of the total tax revenue of local steel enterprises (3.85 billion yuan in 2019, 3.735 billion yuan in 2020, and 3.632 billion yuan in 2019).

5. Environmental protection

In recent years, adhering to the concept of "green development", Puyang has invested high investment and high standards in the construction of various environmental protection facilities, invested more than 4 billion yuan in environmental protection, and built more than 200 sets of dust removal facilities, and invested more than 800 million yuan each in 2017 and 2018. More than 100 environmental protection projects such as "special railway line", sintering "active coke desulfurization and denitrification", power plant "SCR" denitrification, coking and shaft furnace "plume removal", and "unorganized emission control and management integration" have been implemented, and various emission indicators are better than the national ultra-low emission value.
